You do not need prior window cleaning experience to apply. We train the right people. What we cannot train is attitude, reliability, and work ethic. Those need to come with you.
We are looking for people who are:
- Reliable and show up on time, every time
- Detail oriented and take pride in doing things right
- Comfortable working at heights on ladders
- Physically fit and able to perform outdoor labor throughout the day
- Professional and friendly when interacting with customers
- Honest and straightforward with the team and with customers
- Comfortable working independently once trained
- Holding a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Bonus if you have:
- Previous window cleaning or exterior cleaning experience
- Experience in a customer facing service role
- Familiarity with Durango and La Plata County
Benefits and Position Details
We believe in paying people fairly for good work. Compensation is competitive and based on experience. We are happy to discuss specifics during the interview process.
Position details:
- Full time and part time positions available depending on the season
- Monday through Friday schedule
- Hours generally follow our business hours of 8:00AM to 5:00PM
- Work is located throughout La Plata County
- All equipment and vehicles provided
- Training provided for the right candidate
